This tool assists in organizing and tracking the implementation and ongoing progress of BI improvement initiatives. By using the initiative tracking section, improvement initiatives can be planned out and displayed graphically in a chronological manner.

The tool includes:

  • Tab 1. Initiative Data Entry. This section requires some basic data entry to get the project started.
  • Tab 2. Initiative Tracking. Use this section to plan out each improvement initiative.
  • Tab 3. Issue Log. Use this area to log potential risks and mitigating measures.
  • Tab 4. Progress Report. Use this section to generate a custom progress report.

Once the BI operation optimization project begins, real-time progress is tracked and improvement initiatives are monitored against the set time frames.
