Assessing Personality Alignment

Achieving and sustaining IT/Business alignment can be elusive. The personality dimension of alignment is often overlooked by IT leaders because it is intangible and difficult to describe. Yet a personality mismatch will cause friction in the business and IT relationship and inhibit the IT organization's ability to work effectively.
