Organizations must track outsourcer performance during application development initiatives. An effective way to establish whether or not a provider is meeting service levels and timelines outlined in the contract is to use a performance scorecard (PSC). Use this tool to:

  • Determine the specific quantifiable metrics for your organization to track.
  • Identify key qualitative management satisfaction ratings.

The latter ratings add depth to the quantitative metrics and will facilitate a well-rounded conversation with the outsourcer. Don’t waste time trying to create a PSC from scratch – use Info-Tech’s customizable template.
