About Samuel Leese

Samuel Leese is a member of the Enterprise Applications team at Info-Tech Research Group. As a Senior Analyst, Samuel has enjoyed both the opportunity to conduct targeted research and to work directly with clients on-premises.

Samuel’s research focuses on customer experience management, requirements definition, and digital strategy. Most recently, he has been engaged in the developing a methodology for rapidly selecting commodity and mid-sized applications. Samuel’s past client engagements centered on requirements gathering, customer relationship management, and web experience strategy in both the private and public sectors. Samuel graduated from Western University and worked in a number of technical roles prior to joining Info-Tech.
