Michael Caruso is a Managing Partner in the Gaming, Hospitality & Sports Industry. With 25+ years of experience and industry knowledge, he has lead sales and consulting organizations to deliver enterprise solutions to casinos, transportation, and global hotel brands. His areas of expertise include understanding trends in the industry and how they affect IT leaders so they can adapt and change their technology to meet future needs. He has worked with enterprise software providers and hotel, casino management & entertainment companies regarding digital transformation of the guest experience.
Michael holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Paul Smith’s College as well as advanced hotel management attending Rochester Institute of Technology.
