About Me

Indrani Ray-Ghosal is the Vice President of Communications & Brand at Info-Tech Research Group, where she leads the development and implementation of a world-class communications strategy to elevate, promote, and protect the company’s brand.

Indrani has been with Info-Tech Research Group since March 2019 and has more than 18 years of experience driving integrated communications strategies and overseeing global teams.

Most recently, Indrani was at PointClickCare, a leading health IT company, also recognized as a best place to work in Canada. As the head of marketing communications at PointClickCare, Indrani was responsible for all aspects of the company’s brand awareness and reputation management initiatives. Under Indrani’s leadership, media coverage at PointClickCare increased by 100 percent in key areas and Indrani was also responsible for laying the foundation of the company’s customer advocacy program.

Prior to PointClickCare, Indrani spent nearly 11 years in the greater Boston area heading up the industry communications program at global workforce and human capital management software leader Kronos Incorporated.. Among notable achievements, Indrani successfully created a differentiated brand positioning for Kronos across different target markets including education, government, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.

Indrani also launched Kronos’ global communications programs in Australia, China, India, Mexico, and the UK by selecting and on-boarding regional teams and vendors.

At Kronos, Indrani led communications efforts for M&A activities involving strategic acquisitions that strengthened Kronos’ product offerings and fueled innovation.

Indrani began her career in PR agencies including High Road Communications and inmedia Public Relations. Her early achievements include creating significant brand awareness for Canadian technology start-ups in the U.S. market, and she launched inmedia’s Boston office and grew the client base in the new market.

Indrani holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Purdue University and has taught a communications course at Purdue for two years.
