About Anu Ganesh

Anu is an astute and results-oriented leader with 25 years of hands-on experience in nuclear industrial control systems engineering, technical training, building leadership capabilities, enterprise architecture, systems integration, information and operations technology, and project, program, and change management within the defense nuclear industry, federal government, and Fortune 500 companies.

Anu has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in blending the fields of strategic planning, governance, enterprise architecture, design thinking, human performance engineering, systems engineering, project management, organizational change management, data management, data science, and decision science into meaningful and value-generating projects.

Anu’s vision is Architectural Intelligence, and her mission is to empower our partners and customers to instinctively adapt to change. Prior to joining Info-Tech Research Group, Anu was the Chief Enterprise Architect and Project Security Officer for the Department of Energy’s Hanford nuclear site. She established an Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence, implemented technology business management (TBM) with an adaptive governance model, and led the Enterprise Data Management and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning initiative for the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of the Environmental Management. She has served as a lead Technical Advisor to the Federal CIO and other executives for managing CISA Emergency Directives, Executive Orders, and FISMA and FedRAMP compliance. Anu was also a key contributing member of Department of Energy (DOE) Office of the Environmental Management Enterprise Architecture and Governance Advisory Board.

Anu is also an Adjunct Professor, course author, and Project Management and Technology Advisory Board member at Columbia Basin College of Washington in the field of Project Management, Information Technology, and Cyber Security. She is devoted to the cause of elevating the career goals of young women through coaching and mentoring.
