Charter Research

Beyond the scope of Info-Tech's scheduled research, clients can access a variety of research panels for primary research and analysis on a specific topic. Members can post up to 10 questions to our omnibus panel generating between 200-300 responses, and receive full survey results including charts, analysis and a two-hour interactive presentation with an analyst. "Ask Me" Services comprise custom research offerings that are designed to answer specific questions around IT buyer behavior. In some cases, Info-Tech conducts a focus group with the vendors' clients or prospects to better understand their reaction to a potential change in the vendor's business model. In other cases, qualitative interviews are conducted with senior decision-makers to drill down into specific research findings. In all cases, the results are reported in a custom deliverable that is contextualized through existing Info-Tech research. Analysis is provided by both end user subject matter experts, as well as buyer behavior vendor focused analysts.
