Info-Tech has been fielding an increasing number of requests from clients about strategies to reduce international mobility costs. This research note is based on a situational analysis of one mid-sized enterprise that is trying to contain elevating global roaming costs. The company is US-based with executives and engineers traveling to several countries in Europe and Asia. The goal is to reduce international mobility costs by more than 15%. While there may not be a single strategy to achieve that goal, several strategies can be combined to exceed the targeted savings. Different strategies will be suitable for different types of users.
