Improving processes is a marathon, not a sprint. Not all projects can or should happen at once. Use this tool to prioritize and schedule projects to improve your operating processes. Leverage a review of expected project benefits and costs to create priorities in your project portfolio. This tool contains the following sections:
- Scoring criteria: Identify and define the two most important benefits and the two most critical costs to this set of projects. These criteria will be used to score the projects and identify priorities.
- Project Scoring: Enter the suggested projects and assign scores using the drop-down menus and adjust ranking as needed. Then enter target start and end dates using the ranking as a guide.
- Implementation Schedule: Review the project schedule (the projects are sorted for you based on adjusted ranking).
