A detailed request for proposal (RFP) is perhaps one of the most important documents in an outsourcing project. An RFP will dictate the terms for the rest of the outsourcing agreement and be responsible for the overall quality of the outsourcing experience. Use this template to:
- Document the statement of work.
- Provide a service overview including service desk responsibility matrix, vendor requirements, and SLAs.
- Record exit conditions.
- Document licensing model and estimated pricing.
