This tool has been designed to record, display, and analyze a portfolio of projects. Project managers enter project data and the tool provides analysis on the following:
- Estimated budgets, hours, and percentage to completion of individual projects
- Portfolio view of the risk to project schedules
- Portfolio view of the risk to project budgets
The analysis in this tool is only as good as the information entered. Use this tool in conjunction with the Email to Project Managers Template to ensure project data is entered as accurately and honestly as possible.
