Use this template to conduct stakeholder interviews in each location with the goal of understanding the needs, concerns, and requirements of stakeholders with regards to the ITAM consolidation project. The template is meant to stimulate thought and discussion around the following:
- ITAM needs and requirements particular to each location.
- ITAM tool requirements.
- Attitudes, concerns, and questions about the consolidation.
