This tool will help you form a complete picture of the existing IT asset management (ITAM) processes and policies as well as major software and hardware assets in each location. This tool includes the following sections that can be completed for each location:
- Process – complete a process maturity assessment.
- Policy – inventory existing ITAM policies.
- Hardware – collect data on major hardware assets.
- Software – collect data on up to six major software vendors.
This tool is designed to be used in conjunction with the project blueprint, Consolidate IT Asset Management.
