This tool assists in documenting, rationalizing and organizing application functions on the BI platform. For already enabled application functions, the tool documents key information such as:
- Current use cases
- Accountable person
- Associated configuration changes
- Documentation references
- Training requirements
For application functions that are not enabled yet, the tool helps the organization to rationalize the justifications, perform a high level impact-effort-urgency analysis, and document the training needs.
