Speaking from Experience: Metrics in Government

Many organizations find it challenging to put aside the time and resources needed to properly collect and monitor IT metrics. When it comes to reporting these findings, even fewer organizations are proficient at communicating the metrics in a timely manner and in a digestible format. However, in a number of recent interviews, Info-Tech found that while the majority of government organizations are on the right track with IT metrics programs, there is still considerable room for improvement.
