The Service Integration Architect (SIA) ensures that various cloud services are properly integrated to optimize cost and service delivery. The SIA will:
- Ensure the IT services featured in the business work in unison and in the most optimal way to help the business meet its needs
- Deliver integration across cloud, on-premise, and business-to-business solutions
- Develop standards and policies for assisting the business with evaluating cloud service vendors to make integration as simple as possible.
The SIA must work closely with the Business Capability Architect and the Information Flow Architect to make certain enterprise-level standards and requirements are met. The SIA reports to the office of the CIO.
