This tool can be used to document benefits for IT and business projects. One workbook should be created for each new project. This workbook should be used to:
- Link benefits to standard KPIs to ensure alignment between project outcomes and organizational objectives.
- Assign ownership for each benefit.
- Adjust benefit metrics and targets over time to reflect changes.
- Keep a history of benefit-impacting change requests.
