The workbook is meant to record a high-level schedule and list of accountabilities that can be used to facilitate discussions about progress and upcoming changes with major stakeholders. This template is not meant to replace the more detailed schedule that will need to be created or maintained by the relevant project and program managers according to your organization's existing policies.
