When a shortlist of vendors has been created, and it is time to have them demonstrate their Social Media Management Platform (SMMP), there is a need for a consistent demo process to directly compare features. Use this demonstration script to:
- Outline the course of the demo so that each vendor can demonstrate the same features (with room for showcasing unique elements as well).
- Specify scenarios for vendors to demonstrate functionality (e.g. updating multiple social channels, performing social analytics).
A standard demo will simplify the process of selecting an SMMP and ensure you get all the needed information from vendors to help make the best selection for the enterprise.
