Use this tool to pick the optimal governance model for your organizational scenario, and follow the appropriate steps to get the implementation launched. The tool will ask for a range of inputs, including the size of your organization, the IT budget for each business unit, the current failure rate of IT divisions in each business unit and the organizational structure. It will display a comparison of relative net benefit of each governance model, and make a recommendation to pick one model.
