Organizations looking to introduce an alternative office suite must know how functional the alternative suite is and whether or not it meets business needs. The questions in this document are based on the choice between Office as the incumbent and an alternative solution. The questions are framed as the choice between the feature set that can be achieved through upgrade, which would be the least painful path, and completely replacing Office.
