This tool assists in identifying decision right gaps by performing a comparison between your organization's unique decision right allocation and the ideal situation. Based on organizational data input, the tool makes recommendations on tackling specific areas and provides actionable steps in repairing or maintaining the current decision rights situation.
The assessment is generated based on two data sources:
- The organization's current decision rights allocation compared to Info-Tech IT decision rights survey responses.
- Client input of the organization's current decision rights situation.
The tool provides a comparison of the decision rights in the organization to the recommended situation for each of six decision categories; in addition, there’s a comparison of the organization’s overall alignment and decision quality to the results of 79 survey respondents.
