Make the required modifications to the chargeback model at the end of each charge cycle. This phase will take you through the following activities:

  • Gather and analyze feedback from business owners.
  • Revise the chargeback model and log changes.
  • Communicate the chargeback model changes and implications.
The chargeback model will not be perfect on the first try. You will require a few charge cycles to get it right. Don't forget to get business owner input and ensure you are revising the model at the end of each cycle.
