Finding an appropriate Project Management (PM) software solution can be difficult, especially when the project board seems never-ending. It is even more difficult for companies with little experience with PM methodologies and programs. IT managers must create a relevant PM vendor selection strategy to find a best fit for the enterprise.
Before vendor selection for a PM software solution can begin, there are a number of things that the enterprise must have under control.
