When a shortlist of vendors has been created and it is time to have them demonstrate their field service automation solution, there is a need for a consistent demo process to directly compare features. Use this demonstration script to:
- Lay out the course of the demo so that each vendor can demonstrate the same features (with room for showcasing unique elements as well).
- Specify which scenarios vendors will demonstrate functionality for (e.g. creating and maintaining a schedule).
A standard demo will simplify the process of selecting a field service automation solution.
