At this stage, the project prioritization committee must communicate project rankings to senior management (as indicated in the Project Prioritization Process Template) and obtain support for moving forward.
The projects that have made it to this point are considered projects shortlisted for pending approval. This approval template provides a format that will:
- Indicate the top-ranked projects that have initially been identified to proceed.
- Suggest a format for obtaining official senior management approval.
