Business Intelligence (BI) is an essential process for many government organizations. Info-Tech recently surveyed a diverse group of government IT leaders and specialists about their BI initiatives. The study explored three key issues:
- Top drivers for BI projects included greater data consistency and deeper insight into operations.
- Realized benefits included improved data insight and easier information access.
- Key challenges were data quality and BI project scoping.
