Suanne McGrath-Kelly is a Senior Director at Info-Tech Research Group with 20 years’ experience in enterprise applications and strategic technology advisory. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Consultant whose background in finance, marketing, human resources, and professional services has given her broad-based business acumen and a deep understanding of enterprise transformation. She has led full lifecycle technology initiatives for companies around the world, and has a proven track record of delivering results on high risk/high organizational impact projects.
Suanne brings practical experience, best practices, and professional accreditation to the Enterprise Application practice. She has deep expertise in business-critical enterprise applications, including ERP, HRIS, CRM, and PPM, with an applied understanding of change management and business process methodology. She has architected innovative and complex business solutions for clients across many industries and disciplines with a focus on organizations undergoing major transformations (i.e. reorg, merger, acquisition, divesture). She has led over eighty strategic advisory, vendor selection, business process improvement, and implementation projects; partnering with Tier 1 and 2 enterprise software vendors and system integrators and managing large teams of technical, subject matter expert and business analyst resources. Her portfolio includes many technology transformation initiatives for enterprise and mid-market organizations, such as Boeing, Sirius, Siemens, Toronto Hydro, Cancer Care Ontario, US Magnesium, Cadillac Fairview, EnerNOC, and CBRE.
Suanne’s passion for problem solving and commitment to helping clients achieve successful outcomes has made her a trusted executive advisor. She is known in the business community as a thought leader and mentor with active involvement in professional and academic associations and contributions to industry events, publications, and technology forums. In addition to her CPA, CMA, and CMC designations, she holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and completed the National Research Council’s Productivity and Digital Technology Program.
