About Maggie Hao

Maggie Hao is a Manager in the Infrastructure practice at Info-Tech Research Group. She was previously a Consulting Analyst at Info-Tech and has researched and worked with clients on a variety of topics within the IT infrastructure silo including infrastructure outsourcing, information security, printer consolidation, and outsourcing network management.

At Info-Tech, Maggie provides IT leaders with the guidance, analysis, and tools they need to develop strategies and plans for various IT projects. She has led webinars and provided commentary on several topics within the infrastructure space. Prior to working at Info-Tech, Maggie helped launch Target Canada’s operations. Maggie holds an HBA from Western University’s Ivey Business School.
