The project execution stages are defined by applying the project plan and directing the team to perform the work as scheduled. During this time, project activities must be supervised and analyzed to ensure that the project progresses as expected.

Step 1: Execute the Project Plan Get the project off to a successful start by setting high standards right from the beginning. Formally signaling the beginning of a project will clarify any questions or confusion regarding project timelines. In addition to project kick-off, progress must be continually monitored and communicated to all involved parties. Use this section of PM Lite to successfully execute and monitor the project. Step 2: Communicate Project Progress Ongoing communication with project stakeholders is essential for keeping all parties informed, involved, and committed to the project. Regular and consistent communication maximizes project control and knowledge sharing between involved parties.
