Manage the Project

The project execution stages are defined by applying the project plan and directing the team to perform the work as scheduled. During this time, project activities must be supervised and analyzed to ensure that the project progresses as expected.

This module is divided into two steps:

  1. Execute the Project Plan
  2. Communicate Project Progress

When you have completed this module, you will have:

  • The tools and templates necessary to successfully begin project activities.
  • A suite of communications templates to regularly involve and inform staff, project sponsors, stakeholders, and key management.

Once the project plans have been agreed upon, it is important that the project gets off to a good start. Use the tools and templates provided in this module to assist in successfully executing and managing the project.
