If your re-seller or your top management hasn’t already suggested a cloud transition to you, they will soon. But that doesn’t mean it’s a good fit.
Moving to the cloud might not make sense functionally or financially for your organization. Before your leadership starts asking about the cloud, figure out whether it’s a viable option. You need to document whether or not the cloud works for your business goals and still makes financial sense.
