Business needs dictate mission-critical applications and the need for high availability – IT must plan and deploy technologies to deliver on those requirements.
- Enterprises beginning planning for high availability need to start from the top down. Start with the business requirements and then move to software, servers, networking, Internet connectivity, and facilities.
