A proprietary algorithm was used to find 40 peer companies that best match your company profile from all survey responses. 40% of the algorithm’s matching criteria involves matching to companies in the same industry and with a similar number of full time employees. The remaining 60% is allocated among company characteristics as defined by our demographics.
