 Michelle WarrenSenior Research Analyst
Michelle is responsible for producing a series of in-depth research reports on the IT End-User Device Market. Targeted towards the IT manager, her research agenda addresses concerns regarding the usability, feasibility and implementation of IT end-user devices.
Prior to joining the core division of Info-Tech Research Group, Michelle was a member of the Indaba team at Info-Tech, where she worked with the IT vendor community. Her responsibilities included creating conceptual models and thought-leading tools and methodologies for IT managers and directors. Prior to joining Info-Tech, Michelle was an IT industry analyst at Partner Research (formerly Evans Research Corporation), tracking IT resellers, displays, mobile computing, IT systems integration and PC markets within Canada. While there she also monitored emerging e-business markets including CRM, RFID, Linux, servers and storage.
Michelle has authored numerous articles on the IT market and has appeared frequently as an industry expert at various events as well as in the media. She writes a monthly column for www.itbusiness.ca and is a member of the Channelline Advisory Council.
Michelle is currently completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Communication from Ryerson University. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in French Language from Sheridan College and a BA in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Waterloo.
