 Jennifer Perrier-KnoxSenior Research AnalystJennifer Perrier-Knox is a Senior Research Analyst specializing in IT human resources and policy management. In her ten years with Info-Tech Research Group, Jennifer has also gained extensive hands-on experience in professional team management, Web publishing, content management, and product lifecycle management as a former Product Manager with the company.
Since 1998, Jennifer has written hundreds of research notes, white papers, policies and interactive tools for Info-Tech’s Web publications on topics ranging from organizational governance to information security. She has served as a leader in the launch, development, and management of Info-Tech’s leading products and services and their associated Web sites, including Info-Tech Advisor, McLean Report, and ITA Premium.
Prior to becoming an analyst at Info-Tech, Jennifer worked in a marketing capacity for the Faculty of Information and Media Studies at The University of Western Ontario, where she developed a student recruiting program and developed the new Faculty’s Web site content.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Guelph and a Master of Library and Information Science from The University of Western Ontario.
