 Howard KieweSenior Research Analyst
For almost 10 years, Howard Kiewe has provided research, consulting, development, and design services to application developers within leading high-tech firms. At Info-Tech, Howard’s research covers application management including development tools and processes, usability, UI design, e-learning, information architecture, Web 2.0 technologies, outsourcing/offshoring, and contact-center software.
Prior to joining Info-Tech, Howard ran Kiewe Consulting where he provided user experience research and UI development services to leading companies across North America, Europe, and Asia. His clients ranged from small startups to Fortune 500 firms. Some key projects included mobile UI development for Ericsson Communications, e-learning design for Johnson & Johnson, field research on Asian offshoring providers, and UI development on a remotely controlled undersea video camera for McGill University.
In addition to this hands-on project work, Howard has contributed significantly to his professional community. He has written for trade publications and published original research in academic journals. He speaks internationally at industry conferences and leads training workshops. Howard has a bachelor's degree in psychology and information technology from Skidmore College, NY.
