 Jennifer ColasantiSenior Research Consultant
Jennifer Colasanti is a Senior Research Consultant at Info-Tech Research Group. She has a strong background in business analytics, with experience in telecommunications, strategic management science, and case study analysis.
Currently, Jennifer’s research focuses on presenting the most successful practices in use on emerging IT topics. She is a member of the Impact Research team, which produces research based on quantifiable and measurable results for clients via a hands-on approach. Jennifer recently co-authored Info-Tech’s Impact Research Reports “Succeeding with Project Management” and “Delivering Business Value Through SharePoint.”
Jennifer has conducted in-depth research on server virtualization, outsourcing, help desk optimization, Microsoft licensing, project management, unified communications and cost reduction strategies.
Prior to joining Info-Tech, Jennifer worked for Research in Motion providing technical and sales expertise to customers, carrier partners and dealers. She promoted the extensibility of the BlackBerry solution beyond e-mail via CRM systems and third-party applications.
Jennifer also previously enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations while working for Human Resources and Skills Development Canada through the implementation of a client information database and merging of statistical records.
Jennifer received her HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
