The search for good IT talent has become very competitive, as identified by the Info-Tech McLean Report research note, “IT Skills Shortage: A Wake-up Call to Action.” Reach the candidate pool more effectively by meeting candidates where they are.

Online recruiting is already one of the primary means of finding new talent for most organizations. However, online recruiting that relies on simply posting opportunities on job boards ends up rejecting a majority of the candidates rather than inviting the right candidates.
