Speaking With Clients: What We Found

A few months ago, Info-Tech Research Group conducted a survey to determine just where our clients were in terms of their DRPs. We found that nearly 40% of enterprises do not have a working DRP in place, an alarmingly high number to say the least. Or, if you choose to take the “glass is half full” approach, a comforting 60% of enterprises have the assurance of a DRP. Regardless of where you fall in the 40/60 split, no DRP is complete without a number of key success factors.
