On-demand delivery of software, or Software as a Service, is set to become an important part of the software budget of corporate North America. Small companies expect to spend more than 25% of their software budgets on SaaS in the next two years. This represents a significant opportunity that software vendors cannot afford to ignore, and that service providers can use to increase share-of-wallet.
