Department Manager: "I have a new employee starting. I need a PC set up."

You: "When?"

Department Manager: "Now. The new person started this morning."

Managing moves, adds, and changes (MACs) to end-user PCs and accounts can be frustrating on both sides. Control the process to reduce IT support costs and increase end-user satisfaction.

What Constitutes a MAC? A MAC could be any of the following:

  • Individual or department relocation.
  • Desktop PC and account setup for new employees.
  • Desktop PC hardware or software upgrades.
  • Desktop PC swaps or replacements.
  • User account/access changes.
