SOPs are enterprise-specific documents that record the day-to-day activities performed in the work environment. SOPs achieve several benefits:

  • Document steps to complete individual procedures.
  • Define repeatable, auditable, and concrete business processes.
  • Identify enterprise systems and how these systems work together.
  • Combine to form a comprehensive management system.
