- On-Demand CRM. Adoption of on-demand CRM (software as a service) by organizations without comprehensive CRM capability will continue to be strong in 2008. Initially driven by the perception of lower cost, companies will begin to perceive on-demand CRM as being less complex and less expensive to customize to their vertical markets than traditional on-premise CRM software suites.
